Since anonymous emails need to be confirmed, we should make sure to purge old unconfirmed watches every now and then. This could run once a week or something, and just delete watches that were created e.g. more than 1 month prior. We should consider adding a `created` column on watches before we push, if this doesn't make it in 2.5.

We can make the column, give it a default of "right now", and add the cron at the same time. A week (or something) later, poof.
