we need to remove couchapp specific files from the orangefactor repo and change orange.html to index.html.

Attachment: remove the obvious files (1.0)

mass deletion of the shows, views, evently, etc... that are specific to couchapp.  Once this is cleaned up, we can move files if we want to abolish the _attachments subfolder.

Looks good.  Maybe also get rid of web-api.txt at the top level?  It seems to be random notes are now out of date.

As for _attachments, I think just renaming it to "html" is sufficient (and changing the init.d script), since we have the server files at the top level.

Attachment: Remove server part of es_server var

Part of some cleanup... we only need the path part of the url for JSON calls.  This is a bit cleaner.
