Details
(Whiteboard: [future])
Based on the MDNv1 PRD(https://wiki.mozilla.org/MDN/MDNv1#PRD) we would need a new WYSIWYG Editor for MDN that
1) shows live samples of HTML in action
2) only allows trusted users to use javascript
3) allows trusted users to edit sections of articles instead of the entire article
4) allows users to easily link to articles and anchors within the site
5) allows syntax highlighting for code samples
6) allows wiki style table of contents for long article pages
7) includes a preview feature for articles/pages before they are submitted

Marking as a duplicate of bug 665691. This bug /was/ filed first, but most of the discussion has been happening on 665691.
Really, multiple bugs have been opened, one for each of the features you mentioned. All of them are outlined in the "Wiki" component of the feature list (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MDN/Kuma#Comprehensive_Feature_List).
