I'd like to work with a designed to get these promos specified and designed and localized if need be.

Thanks Caitlin.  So, seems like the first deadline is the promo on the WN page, for 2/28.  Lets focus on that first.  

I can't access the WN page through the link you shared in the doc.  Could you share a screenshot of that please?  Also, have you discussed these with John and Jane? (since they are the owners for the FR/WN pages).  I'll need to know exactly where on the page this promo will go, and what the specs are.  In general, I'll need that information for all of these promos.  So, perhaps we can sit down and talk through them a bit - and also see what existing assets you have to work with.
