buttons in languages menu in become almost invisible when we delete all languages, close menu, open it again, choose language and click "add"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open "options"
2. click "choose" in "languages"
3. delete all languages, which are used for displaying web pages
4. close all menus
5. repeat steps 1-2
6. choose a language
7. click "add"
Actual Results:  
buttons in language menu ("OK", "Cancel" and "Help") are almost invisible (moved under the lower border of the window)

Expected Results:  
all buttons in language menu are present and visible

No, I can't reproduce this bug on Firefox 10, but I can reproduce it on, for example, Firefox 3.6.18
