63157 - The screen will not scroll down properly, when I scroll to NAME TAG on page in some frame where are some images which haven't width and height defined.

Look at http://www.hobbit.cz/nameinframe.html - if you click on ROLL THE 
TOPFRAME it will roll down, but then the images will display and it will roll 
up 
a bit, so it didnt stop on NAME tag on the bottom of the page where it should.
Look at http://www.hobbit.cz/nameinframeOK.html - there are defined sizes of 
the 
images and everything is working fine.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.hobbit.cz/nameinframe.html
2. click ROLL THE TOPFRAME
3. it should stop on the text "SCROLLING SHOULD STOP HERE" like on page 
http://www.hobbit.cz/nameinframeOK.html where images have width and height 
defined.

Actual Results:  Instead on text "SCROLLING SHOULD STOP HERE" it stops 
somewhere 
on the bottom of devil image.

Expected Results:  The screen should scroll down to "A NAME" tag again after 
rendering all the images.

This error appears in all versions and all build of Mozilla.
It makes chatting at images chats in mozilla unusable.
