I've been working lately on the Wiki, particularly on Printing and Email Access. I believe that if we could tackle on other office procedures to document, I encourage others to contribute to this long-term project. 

Currently mana.mozilla.org is down for a while, so mana.allizom.org is a staging site for making the documentation.

Seems like this bug is a bit out dated as of now. I feel like we should be pushing more to mana.mozilla.org not the wiki. 

All of this information is either no longer necessary (All Hands 2011) or already available in mana (Email Setup)
