User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 GTB7.1 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 GTB7.1 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C) This browser takes longer to load on start, will open flash pages incompletely, misloads pages where everything is listed instead of being shown correctly, will freeze, sometimes requiring task manager to end. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click to open Firefox 2.open a usual application / game. Example: gaiaonline.com 3. Actual Results: same as complaint Expected Results: responded normally Have tried reloading firefox and all my add ons. Have contacted my internet company and they can't find a problem on our end. Have had to change browsers for 'Poke Pets', a simple app. All my bookmarks and passwords are saved on Firefox and often have to exit, wait, and restart.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile What version of Flash do you have installed? http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
Flash player is current. No noticeable difference in safe mode or after erasing history.
Please go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and post the info from the version information box. How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile
You have version 10,1,102,64 installed The attempt at a new profile was the same. Has to use task manager to close it. Also flash player froze. Sent another error report.
If you go to about:crashes do you see submitted crash reports for this issue? If so, please post the crash id(s)
Has not offered me a crash report since last submission. Will add when available.
Any update?
Well, it was running perfect for two days then locked up again. It just updated the new Firefox so I will see how that goes.

First I need to say I much Firefox before the update. Second, it is freezing much less and I have limited the freezing mostly to one page: http://superpokepets.com/spp/profile/friends?&&fv=68450709 Other than that, it is doing much better. Thank you.

I think this issue is about resolved. It only happens occasionally now and I think it's flash player and not firefox. I do have a new problem. Do I need to start a new report?
Yes, if you can see the issue in a fresh profile, please open a new bug report
