Details

As long as we're moving almost everything else, and resetting the user expectations for FF4 affects many other menu items anyway, we might as we'll put these in the appropriate place too.  That way it will be consistent and hopefully wont have to move these stragglers in a later release, we should just do it now, being a Tool is kind of a misnomer.
