For convenience of double clicking firefox title icon to close the firefox windows, Firefox Menu button should shown on the rightmost of Toolbar as a icon button, Like Google Chrome browser, instead of displaying on the leftmost of title bar.

Because Firefox menu button shown on the leftmost title menu bar prevent users from double clicking to close windows and showing web page's title string on the title bar.

And one column instead of two columns displaying for Firefox menu will be better to save users' time to position any menu item.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. when Firefox menu button shown on the leftmost of title bar
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Firefox menu button always prevent users from double clicking firefox title icon to close windows

Expected Results:
Firefox menu button should shown on the rightmost of Toolbar as a icon button, so that it won't prevent users from double clicking Firefox title icon to close windows and displaying web page's title string on the title bar
