63192 - Login Password dlg not functional.Missing OK & Cancel buttons

The password dlg is resized and not functional.  You can only enter the password
but cannot OK or Cancel because these buttons do not appear in the dlg.  This is
a regression bug because last week trunk builds did not have this problem. This
dlg is functional on Mac only.

Steps to reproduce:

Clear the password that you have stored for that account
Click on any account to login
Actual Results:  Password dlg appears.  You will see that you can only enter the
password but cannot ok or cancel
Expected Result:  Password dlg appears with ok and cancel buttons
                  You can enter the password and click Ok to login
                   Or cancel out.

update keywords pp and os to all.  This problem is seen on today's commercial
trunk build 2000121804 on Linux and win98.

Trying to Log in with secure Id has the same problem. Ok and cancel buttons are
cut off.
Bug 63201 has problem on the Mac platform.  But I am seeing it on win and linux
but not on mac.  Will wait a few days to verify this as duplicate.  Just want to
see with new builds if this problem changes between the platforms.
