Blue sky idea: For demos with github repositories, subscribe to webhooks to auto-update source hosted on Demo Studio

I think this will be great to have when we figure out the proper JSFiddle type integration... so that the source is always up-to-date.

We would have to be careful when it comes to the Dev Derby. A demo should /not/ update if it was submitted to a Derby and the Derby has ended.
