If we have a slew of internal server errors (500s), then we shouldn't say "Add-on passed validation.", especially with all those red X's...

Reproducible right now on https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/firefm/file/92906/validation, but I don't know how long the server issue will remain, to test/debug this.

(The real error I'll file separately, once I look at the stacktrace in its JSON response.)

This is probably more work to fix than it's worth.  It's pretty clear something is broken in that screenshot.  On the off chance this happens, we probably know about it and are working on it.
