Mozmill and/or ManifestDestiny should have the ability to list what is
being run without running them.  Easiest to add: just the list of
files to be run in order.  Harder to add (at least currently): the
actual list of tests matching the INFO Passed: counter at the end of run.

I like this idea. I'd suggest some variation on --dry-run, since that's typically what I've seen this mode called in other tools.

The ability to list files is included in the patch for bug 584464.  I mostly added it to ensure that nothing had been changed, but decided it was useful enough to leave in.  It will also be useful for seeing what files are in your manifest
