Can read old session with resume_from_crash = false

Details
If you quit normally (session 1), then start up and browse around (session 2), then crash, when you start up next, session 1 will be available to restore (via restore previous session). So what I'm thinking is that if resume_from_crash is false, we should delete sessionstore.js at startup to avoid this confusion.
