Door hanger displays notifications twice after cancelling and re-installing addons

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch Fx and goto https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/
2.Click "Add to Firefox" - Downloading starts
3.Click "Cancel(X)" in the door hanger - Download Cancels
4.Now again click "Add to Firefox"
5.Now click on the add-on puzzle icon present at the left side in the URL bar 
Actual Results:  
Two notifications are present in the door hanger

Expected Results:  
Only one notification should be displayed

This problem does not happen on Linux build.

Alice, have you performed a regression test to be sure it blocks bug 570012? I would tend to say it's a dupe of bug 616636.

Yes, Landing Bug 570012 causes the problem.
