The `64bit' keyword should be removed.

Reasons:

* Only used in 3 bugs.
* Only used by 1 person (msw@redhat.com).

Hmm.. there should have been some ia64 bugs with the tag, but if no one used it

round and round we go, bug 98177 reinstated this keyword. I suppose any new
requests wrt this keyword should reference at least that bug and consult cls.
