Using keyboard shortcuts (Cntl + C, Cntl + V), attempted to copy and paste typical web address into bit.ly "shortener" function on main page. Copy was successful. Attempt to paste resulted in error message reading in top banner, "GetLastError" and in message box, "Not enough storage is available to process this command." Page refresh did not resolve the issue at first, however opening in a new window did.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Firefox window and go to URL http://bit.ly/ 
2. Open an accompanying tab/window with a copy-able URL. Example used above was: http://dela.state.va.us/chamber.nsf/MJFebruaryWebsite?OpenView
3. Copy URL from Step 2 into the box provided to "shorten it", found in the URL from Step 1
4. New, "shortened" URL should appear in box and below box in a list format ready for use.
Actual Results:  
First attempt (old window) resulted in error message mentioned above. Second attempt (new window) resulted in proper, expected results.

Expected Results:  
User expects copied URL to appear in bit.ly "shortener" box and transfer from old, long format into shorter bit.ly format.
