Unable to reproduce this/fix while personalized recommendations is disabled. How do I re-enable locally/on stage?

Potch, I'm having trouble getting "Selenium IDE Buttons" to show up, to reproduce this bug; is there a way to test this, using Firebug?

Just a note: bug 640289, on which this depends, should make this super-easy to verify.

Verified FIXED; got Xmarks Sync as a Recommended add-on, and it has a link in its summary, as does Selenium IDE Buttons.
