632468 - Video graphic anomalies during playback of ogv file in fullscreen and landscape view

Currently, during video playback, there is a vertical sidebar taking up visible sidebar outside the chrome areas of the browser that renders and draws graphic anomalies during playback of video. One can see this in the video posted below. 

This is only visible in fullscreen and in landscape view, and only visible on Fennec for Android. I tested the same URL in a nightly of Minefield and did not see the behaviour.

Build: 02/08 fennec nightly for android armv7

Android: 2.2.2
Device: HTC Nexus One

Steps to reproduce:

1. Went to http://people.mozilla.com/~mfinkle/tutorials/
2. Started the video, and set fullscreen
3. Rotated device to landscape

No, the problem is still there, re-tested on 02/14 build using same STR in comment #0
