Could you please create an empty hg repository with level 2 access rights at /l10n/compare-locales? Standard single-head and pushlog hooks.
repo created with level 2 access. aravind: can you take care of the hooks?
Assignee: server-ops → aravind
all repos get pushlog db, added the singlehead hook as well.
