User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 Can we have an option to revert to the full 'classic' firefox 3 UI. Reproducible: Always
If you want the menubar, select it in Firefox -> Options.
Yes, but that still does not enable a status bar and still includes the new layout, only enabling a menu bar.
If you do now want to change anything at all, you can always stay at Firefox 3.6. Or add various add-ons (that's what they're for). Note that the statusbar is back is the latest beta (although popping up, not a fixed bar), and the next one will even include the hovers.

Yes but that does not give me the enhanced security, stability and speed of firefox 4. All that I am asking for is a classic theme to be included in Firefox 4 that I can activate.

The GUI is not a simple theme that you can replace.
Version: unspecified → 3.6 Branch
You can re-enable the menu bar and status bar (now called the add-on bar) via existing customization, and you can do more extensive customization via addons such as Status-4-Evar (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/status-4-evar/).
