I started to work on SM bug 632860, I filed FF bug 632893. Iirc, there was a decision not to provide Cx shorthands (globally) in SeaMonkey. (I wonder whether we would have a bug to add them in "SeaMonkey test harness"? Or would want that?) Yet, I would assume Services.jsm should be available "globally" (as in Firefox), should it not? As in /suite tests should not need to import it explicitly.
