 to www.mozilla.com/firefox/rc in time for RC release

Need to check how this will affect the snippets people are seeing on the start page in fx 4 rc--currently linked to beta pages, but with the redirect, they should go to the right place

I've redirected all the beta urls to the correct RC urls. I did this when working on bug 627407.
