I have seen some tweets regarding this as well some early input comments. Here are some examples culled from input - unfortunately not everyone in input adds their version, so this might be a mixed bag - note comments are relevant to B11.

"Videos are choppy. Every few seconds, the video will stop and then catch up. This is seen on flash video sites: youtube, etc."

"I've been having problems with You Tube videos not playing the video portion or stuttering."

"Videos on youtube don't play well"

"Video in youtube is no so smooth like in chrome. I'm using flash 10.2"

"still no streaming video with netflix/hulu, etc. I use a mac, and have updated to the latest version of Adobe flash."
Netflix is a lack of silverlight, everything else is a straight dup of our well-known mac Flash perf blocker.
