...but migration 82 changed that accidentally. This makes creation of anonymous watches crash.
Sounds like a dupe of bug 633046 to me. Also, if email isn't nullable, doesn't that make authenticated watches crash?

Auth'd watches don't crash because MySQL effectively assumes a default of '' for the email column. I'm not sure exactly how disgusted I feel about that. ;-)
