After SBC Yahoo terminated it's browser service, I chose Firefox with the Yahoo setup. (So I still use AT&T Yahoo as my DSL service.) Problem: Under the description for Subject, if the description is long and hides (overflow?) under the next column (in my case, the Date), after seeing 1 or 2 extended subjects as pop-up text, the next extended (overflow?) subject does not show. As an example: "Exclusive Video Interview: Egypt & Beyond: What's Next?" Go to actual results below for continuing description...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Pass the cursor over the subject
2.Pass the cursor over the subject
3.Pass the cursor over the subject
Actual Results:
If I pass the cursor over the subject and it's the first or second time I am doing this, I can see the whole subject. If it is, say the third such subject, I will only see what is not hidden under the date column. I see "Exclusive Video Interview: Egypt & B," while I do not the remaining text "eyond: What's Next?" as a pop-up. In order to reset this, I have to click on open space and then bring the cursor back to the Subject line.

Expected Results:
Seeing the entire pop-up text "Exclusive Video Interview: Egypt & Beyond: What's Next?"

Seeing the entire pop-up text "Exclusive Video Interview: Egypt & Beyond: What's Next?"

Reporter -> Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried safe mode or a new profile?
Still experiencing this. Have the problem on whatever computer (pc) I use.
I have tried a new profile - due to other problems with the "most visited" websites not showing up on new tabs. That's another bug topic.
Safe-mode? The one on boot-up? No. Why would I even think of doing that?
Reporter -> Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried safe mode?
RESPONSE TO 7/23 QUESTION AS TO WHETHER THIS IS STILL HAPPENING. YES IT IS STILL HAPPENING AS OF 7/30/11. HAVE NOT TRIED SAFE MODE. NOT SURE WHY I WOULD???
Once again, please read https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode. It's *not* about Window's Safemode.
George -> Any update? Does this issue occur with Firefox 6? Have you tried Firefox's Safe Mode? Have you contacted Yahoo support?
Closing bug as Incomplete - if you are still experiencing this issue or have more information to provide feel free to post back here and we can re-open the bug. You can also get assistance by visiting the Firefox help site -> https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/ask
