If you try to move the Inspector window off the screen, the content flickers.

Steps To Reproduce
1.Open the Web Console and inspect an element
2.Click and Drag the Inspector window off the screen, do not release the mouse button

Actual Results:
2.The contentin the inspector flickers

Expected Results:
Like on MacOS X: After a few seconds the inspector moves itself on the last acceptable position

On Ubuntu 10.4 the content does not flicker and the Inspector window moves itself on the last acceptable position after you release the mouse button.
Build ID:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b12pre) Gecko/20110209 Firefox/4.0b12pre

Confirmed.
Alex, could you please find us a regression window for this?

It goes as far back as Firefox 4 beta 6.
do you mean Net Panel inspector? Object Inspector or something else? I'm assuming you're referring to one of the panels from the Web Console. Is this on Windows?
Both panels are in the same situations for Windows
