Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.gmail.com
2. Log-in with one account
3. Logout
4. Type in the username of another account.
5. Press the down button on the form helper
Actual Results:
The text typed into the username field in step 4 disappears.
Expected Results:
The text typed into the username field stays visible after step 5.

Is the text entered in step #4 underlined?

Yeah, this is a dupe of 624900 . The username was underlined on the second time through.
