comment 4 is a 404.  I watched the video in comment 2, but I don't know what the problem is.  Please be specific about a single problem (the steps to reproduce it, what you're seeing, and what you'd expect to see).  If there are multiple problems please file multiple bugs.

Does not work Developer Center in account "[e-mail]". Addons can not edit, update, and perform other operations in the center of the developer. When you log on your account. The site shows as if I had not entered. But after clicking on the link center developers are still open. At the other account's no such problem, I checked.
Can you delete my account and recreate it. And the new law to give me my addons?

It sounds like your account, [e-mail], is working fine.  If that's the case, log in with your old account, and go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/users/edit and click "delete account" in the bottom right.

Your first account ([e-mail]) was associated with an old disabled add-on. I have deleted this add-on, so you should be able to delete this account on your own if you still want to.

The other problems with your add-ons will not be fixed with a new account, though, so we should try to solve them using your current account.
