Search results return zero in stage and prod when searching on 'swiftkey'- on the regular home and also in mobile. Google serves a lot of results for questions and forum posts within support that contain the term.

for example, sumo search should pick up these articles if i enter in "swiftkey":

In advanced search, "swift key" returns two Questions results, neither solved, and "swiftkey" returns several, none solved.
By default we don't return unsolved questions in results.

Search only finds solved threads/questions by default.  You have to used advanced search.
