Details
Currently, basic search only returns questions with a solution. Per several discussions, it should return any questions with "helpful" replies. No changes to the advanced search are necessary.

Verified with search for 'plugin failure' shows results including unsolved questions that have helpful replies. However, search did not find a newly created question with a helpful reply.
