Menu Bar
* select the menu item at the top on a hash change
* make the top menu smaller
Reports
* masters by silos
* masters by pool
* cross-DC allocations
* live log of allocations
Efficiency
* lazy-load all JSON resources on demand, using deferreds
* implement remove() for all views, cascade, and unbind
Add a throbber during loading
Do periodic refreshes of the data tables
Get someone with a modicum of design aesthetic to make it less completely ugly
