Maximised new windows (tabs in titlebar) launched on startup appear
with the titlebar too short so that tabs are cut off. Restoring the window and
maximising it again fixes the problem. I am using a custom XP theme (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/267312/RoyaleVista2.zip).
Opening new maximised windows directly from Firefox (Ctrl-N) works fine, only
new maximised windows created at startup exhibit this problem

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Maximise some windows with the 'restore windows and tabs on startup' option on
2. Close Firefox
3. Restart Firefox
Actual Results:
Maximised windows are restored correctly but the title bars are too short to accommodate the tabs

Expected Results:
Title bar should draw normally - large enough for tabs
