If i want to config a new email account i have to use the connection test wizzard.
Every time i config an account with ssl connection the wizzard find the wrong url to my ssl certificate.
I have one ssl cert "mail.wtzm.de" but the wizzard find "imap.wtzm.de with starttls" and find a fault with the certificate. Thats right because imap.wtzm.de is not compatible with mail.wtzm.de at certificate.

Is it possible to implement the certificate check during probing of url? Thus a url inside the certificate must have a higher priority then normal urls.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start thunderbird
2. goto menu "Extras > Konten-Einstellungen..."
3. Dropdown "Konten-Aktionen" > E-Mail Konto hinzufügen...
4. add a name, email "[e-mail]" and a password of your choice, press next
5. the connection wizzard find imap.wtzm.de instead of mail.wtzm.de and fails if you press "Konto erstellen" with a certificate error "Falsche Webseite/wrong website name"


Expected Results:  
wizzard detecting urls with starttls and download certificate if url on certificate and test url the same increase priority
