I added some Chinese characters in the description of my selfdesigned
Personas, but they aren't shown correctly in the Mozilla-Persona-preview...
(e.g.: http://www.getpersonas.com/de/persona/334623 )
(or: http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/persona/334623 )

I thought it was, because maybe you lately changed the site from
iso-8859-1 into UTF-8 ... but when I try to edit them, it's allready correct!
So does anybody has an idea, why there is such mistake??

This is because I added the call to htmlentities on the description in bug 613678 but didn't specify the charset as utf-8 (since I didn't realize that bug 582385 was ever resolved). I suppose I could have used htmlspecialchars but we would still have the problem in bug 632821.

To verify in persona descriptions:
1) Non-ascii characters should be properly output
2) URLs should be automatically linked (through outgoing.mozilla.org)

Verified, FIXED.
In this persona the Japanese characters look good and the url in the description is linked via outgoing.moz....
