User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_6; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.19.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.3 Safari/533.19.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101207 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.7 Send and receive messages in USA with China mail server (China uses tomorrow's date). The aggregating Inbox and Sent smart folders do not show the messages yet, although if I click on the corresponding individual IMAP folders for that server I see the messages are there. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. In the Americas, send a message via IMAP or receive via SMTP using a server in Asia 2. Observe the message received in the IMAP folder for the server. 3. Click on the Sent or Inbox icons on the tree menu and the mail does not show up there Actual Results: The mail does not show up in the general Inbox or Sent smart folders. Expected Results: The mail does should show up in the general Inbox or Sent smart folders, depending upon whether it is sent or received. I thought it was deleted until I saw it was still there. Some cases users may believe they have not received mail for up to 20 hours when it is waiting for them. Basic functionality is broken, but probably not as obvious for nearer timezones (east coast vs west coast). You should be able to use a server anywhere with consistent results.
Can you copy paste the headers of such an email ?
Reporter do you still see this problem when using recent version of Thunderbird?
