Bugzilla provides a simple way to upload a commit in the form of a patch, and for developers to review it.

It should be equally simple to link to a git, Bazaar (bzr), or Subversion (SVN) branch/repository and review that repository.

It would be nice if the review system took into account new commits since the review, not sure how that would be accomplished.

I would say that this is more or less a duplicate of bug 395744.

The bug this was resolved as a duplicate of (under the assumption that said bug would fix this) has just been resolved as WONTFIX.  This is, however, still an issue, so I'm reopening it.
