This bug is a feature request.

It would be great if user could disable cache for a specific domain, or a specific pattern.

For exemple, I'm working on my domain (blue112.eu) on a flash file : It's always geting cached, so I should clean my cache every time I refresh (using Ctrl + Shift + Suppr (which doesn't always work) => Clear now).
In a day, it could make very much time spent on clearing cache.

I know extensions such as Clear Cache Buttons, but they only give a faster way to clear cache, they doesn't fix the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Have you tried send the file with a no-cache header or other method? (i.e. as outlined at http://www.mnot.net/cache_docs/ as an example)
