The following is quoted from Get Satisfaction I'm using Mozilla Thunderbird 3.1.7 in bulgarian on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit. When I press the keystroke CTRL+SHIFT+T to get the mail in all my accounts, it doesn't work. If I go to "File -> Get new mail -> For all accounts" and activate it, it works. But the keystroke does not. If I use Mozilla Thunderbird in english instead of bulgarian, this issue doesn't occur - the keystroke works normally when pressed and performs its action. At first I thought of doing a clean install of Thunderbird, but then the issue was confirmed by a friend of mine on a XP machine where the Thunderbird installation is a clean one, so that procedure will probably not help. Why is this problem happening? And can it be fixed? I know that I can switch using Thunderbird to english and solve the issue that way, but I don't think this is the ideal solution. I know also that there is an extension that will add a button to the toobar witch will allow me to get all the e-mails with one click, but due to visual impairments, I use mainly the keyboard to work with the computer so this solution doesn't work for me either.
I can't reproduce this.
