I'm not super happy with these two sentences. Bugzilla 4.0 is not a new product, compared to 3.0 (this could be true when compared to 2.16, but not 3.0). The WS is much better + the few things you listed, but I don't consider it as a new product. Also, I'm not sure why you say we are more proud of 4.0 than previous releases. Personally, I was more proud of 2.22 and 3.0 than 4.0. It sounds like a marketing strategy, but neither glob, wicked nor me like the wording here. glob suggested "is the best release ever".
