Sub Menus of AppMenu rendered incorrectly when inlayout.css.devPixelsPerPx != 1.0.
In the menu, the vertical line separates the icon and label go behind the icon or text. In this case, layout.css.devPixelsPerPx = 1.5 which is greater than 1.0, the vertical line goes behind the text, and behind the icon when layout.css.devPixelsPerPx < 1.0.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get into about:config
2. change layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to 1.5
3. open any sub menu of appmenu
Actual Results:
the vertical line separates the icon and label go behind the text.

Expected Results:
the vertical line drawn right between the icon and label like any other menus.

It it in fact still occurs, please provide as much extra information as possible, including what versions tried, whether safe mode/new profile tested etc. Thanks! :-)

(Template reply to inactive UNCO bugs; also setting closemedate for 2 weeks time, given lack of activity).
