Details
The priority field exists, right before we show the size (lines) of a news
message. It shouldn't exist at all.
Seen on Windows 2000, 2000122004, Mac 2000122008 and Linux 2122008

Just FYI 4xp : we never took it out in 4.x. User is able to hide the column,
however seamonkey doesn't (yet) remember columns per account/folder.

after talking with sfraser, here's what I've learned.
if we ever get news filters working again, a user might want to set up a filter
to change a news message's priority.
in 4.x, I think you could do this on winnt.
so while priority is not a legal header for news articles, it does have a use.
I'm going to mark this won't fix.
