Hmm, this happened 3-4 times in a row, reloading didn't help. But right after filing the bug, I can no longer reproduce. Probably worth looking into before resolving the bug as WORKSFORME...
Double checked with QA. None of their automated runs have noticed anything, neither have I so far. Possible you hit it during its update cron or the box got swamped doing something else. This seems like just an idiopathic staging server issue.
