This bug is related to bug 62610, just a lot more severe. It causes all results
of the automated ssl auth tests to be unreliable.

The bug has nothing to do with the actual tests being run from cron or not, but
only with the certs being generated from cron or not previous attachment showt
the differences

the problem is that certutil -N explicitly opens an output terminal for write,
fails with cron or rsh and doesn't give any password to the database.
Filed new certutil bug and assigned to Ian (bug 63447)
