Pascal said that pt-BR and vi still use an older footer which is mostly customized for the English locale. If we can update the remaining locales to use the new l10n footer, I can fix up the English footer for some upcoming changes. Thanks!
done, you can change the footer for en-US it's no longer shared across locales.
