We should do verifications as soon as possible, so that we fail as early as possible. Off the top of my head there's two easy optimizations:
- verify-win32 should be run directly after the "sign-files" target
- verify-asc should be run directly after "create-sigs"

But there could be more.
Mass move of bugs to Release Automation component.

We don't use these scripts to sign anymore. We should be doing gpg verifications still, but not until bug 732000 is fixed.
