634325 - Push Firefox Input 3.2 to production

We need a push of Firefox Input to production.

Please perform the following:
- put up the "under maintenance" page, so users don't hit the page mid-upgrade.
- please run: /root/bin/input_update.sh
- update the sphinx configs from git
<https://github.com/fwenzel/reporter/tree/master/configs/sphinx>.
- After this is all good, take down the maintenance page.

Date: Tuesday, 2/17.
Needs downtime: yes; the window is 15 minutes.

Two pushes in the same week?  Can we cancel the one for today and just do Thursday's?

We don't want to roll Input 3.1 and 3.2 together because they are two distinct sets of changes that we don't want combine to an all-or-nothing deal.

Because Input is one of the projects that intends to release early and often, we're trying to make our pushes as painless as possible: Except for the sphinx changes, it's currently a one-line operation.

That being said, let's push this to Tuesday to space it out better (can we do 4pm again?). If jabba has time, he can do the same thing a week from now that he does tonight (CCing cshields and jabba).

Post-Fx4, we'll also work with Corey and his people to make the last remaining bumps go away.
