In order to be able to run builds based on flat-zip'd snapshots of a repository the dependency on mercurial commands need to be removed from the buildbot slave scripts.

summary: Bug 63477: WORKAROUND: There is an issue with Solaris GNU Make with the recent changes to the make system to recompile the generated code when running with a single job. We used to get around this issue by recompiling the bultin code and then doing a revert, which updated the file timestamp, but recent changes to build-builtinabc.sh no longer updates the timestamp, so just touch the file (r=brbaker)
