Do a schema dump, and plonk it somewhere. Figure out whether/how to reset the schematic version, and delete the 80-some existing migrations. Remember to remove the "66" in sumo.tests.test_innodb_and_utf8.

There's no need to reset the numbering, just delete the old files.
